I don't see my data. What should I do?

There are multiple reasons you may not be seeing data. There are a few ways to troubleshoot this:

A) Confirm that Cardiogram is allowed to read your data from HealthKit.

  1. Open the "Health" app on your iPhone
  2. Tap the "Sources" tab (Second from the right on the bottom of the screen)
  3. Tap "Cardiogram" in the "APPS" section
  4. Make sure everything under "Allow 'Cardiogram' to read data:" are turned on (i.e. green. See screenshot below.)

B) If your sharing setting are all enabled, then try quitting and re-opening Cardiogram (instructions).

C) If you just downloaded the app for the first time, sometimes it can take a little while for the data to populate.

Especially if you have a lot of heart rate data. Of course, if the data does not show up within a few hours, please let us know!

D) If you're still having trouble,

Please email us at hello@cardiogr.am and include the versions of iOS and watchOS that you're using.

To determine what versions of iOS you have on your phone:

  • Go to the Settings app on your phone.
  • Tap "General"
  • Tap "About"
  • Your phone's version of iOS is under "Version" (e.g. 10.2)

To determine the version of watchOS:

  • Open the Watch app on your phone.
  • Tap "General"
  • Tap "About"
  • The watchOS version is under "Version" (e.g. 2.2.2)
